"When my husband accepted a position with Walmart, we knew we needed to find the right person to help us land in the right home in Bentonville , and Teryl was exactly that. As a gay couple, it was important to us to work with a realtor who has experience with the LGBTQ+ community and made us feel genuinely welcome from day one. Teryl delivered on every front. He took us on not one, but two full tours of the area, making sure we truly felt comfortable with the neighborhoods before making any decisions. His attention to detail is exceptional, he asked the right questions, and provided thoughtful, honest feedback throughout the entire process. He never made us feel rushed or pressured. When it came time to make an offer on the home we fell in love with, Teryl guided us through a smart, competitive strategy that got us under contract and ultimately to closing. He made what could have been a stressful cross-state move feel seamless. If you’re relocating to the Bentonville area and want a realtor who is courteous, knowledgeable, and truly inclusive, look no further than Teryl. We couldn’t recommend him more highly."

"We had an incredible experience working with Teryl! From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Our home was under contract in just 3 days and for over asking price! Teryl was extremely communicative, always keeping us in the loop, and his knowledge of the market was clear every step of the way. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which was so appreciated. We truly felt like we were in great hands. Would recommend him to absolutely anyone looking to buy or sell a home!"

"My partner and I had been looking at houses for several months with Teryl being our guide. We were particular and intentional with what we wanted. Teryl continuously went above and beyond - never frustrated at how slow we may have been. We found a house we fell in love with two days before a vacation. Teryl took the nervousness away and handled things while we were gone so we didn’t slow the process. Truly going beyond his role just to get things done. Could not have asked for a better realtor. Highly recommend for anyone! He knows his stuff!!!"

"Teryl is good at selling. We had our house listed with another realtor for eight months. We canceled that contract and listed the house with Teryl and he sold it in five days. A lot of agents can list your house. But Teryl Robinson can sell it."

"Teryl was absolutely amazing and made such a large purchase and seemingly complicated process feel easy and streamlined. He was able to find me a home in less than a month! His knowledge was invaluable which made me feel at ease and trust him immediately. I will continue to recommend Teryl to all of my friends/family looking to purchase a home. Thank you, Teryl!"

"Teryl was exceptional to work with! I was a first time home buyer that decided doing new construction worked best for what I was looking for. Teryl helped make the entire process very seamless from start to handing over the keys.
